goodapps.pro (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share with us. It is written to match how the site actually works — nothing here is boilerplate we do not follow.
Who is responsible

What we collect
The only personal data we ask for is what you submit through the contact form: your name, the contact details you choose (e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp) and whatever you tell us about your project.
Our server also records your IP address when you submit the form. We use it only to rate-limit abuse; it is held for ten minutes in memory and appears in short-lived server logs. Standard web-server logs (time, page requested, browser) are kept to run and secure the site.
Why we may do this
We process your enquiry to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and we keep the site secure on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing the data is voluntary — but without a name and a contact we cannot reply.
How we use it
To reply to you and discuss your project. Nothing else — no marketing lists, no selling data, no profiling, no automated decision-making.
Who else sees it
Every form submission is delivered to our team as a message in Telegram, whichever contact channel you pick. Telegram therefore receives your name, your contact details and your description of the project, and processes them under its own privacy policy, on servers outside the European Union.
If you then continue the conversation over Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail, that exchange lives on the platform you chose, under its own terms. The company hosting this website processes the technical logs described above on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, we keep what the contract and Bulgarian accounting law require us to keep. Server logs roll over within 30 days.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. That is also why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it to someone else in a portable form. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Write to hello@goodapps.pro and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data-protection authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not backdate.
